I love all of these big autos. Their owners whine about gas prices just like they did back in the 70s before they started driving Japanese autos. They buy these big cars because 1) bigger (more superficial and therefore easier to notice)is the American way, 2)they are more expensive, so they look more "important," 3) they are phallic; I remember 12 years ago, driving from a job, and there was this big Chevy billboard with a big truck in the back, and the lower body of a guy in jeans and cowboy boots with his hand over his knee, and one of his fingers was pointing upward...Penis=big truck.
